Building Automation Project Manager
Summary
The Project Manager produces estimates, proposals, and change orders for HVAC building automation installations. They are responsible for managing the project, including but not limited to ordering materials, scheduling resources, job profitability, and communicating with others. This job can be remote within our operational area.
Essential Job Functions
- Blueprint reading
- Create project schedules
- Order materials by creating purchase requests
- Schedule resources
- Coordinate with contractor(s) and owner
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Building automation controls knowledge
- Proficient computer skills, specifically: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Microsoft Visio, and AutoCAD
- Experience an ERP systems
