WebCTRL is the building automation platform from Automated Logic, and we are an authorized dealer. It runs HVAC, lighting, security and life-safety systems from one interface, in a browser or on a phone. It is open enough to integrate equipment from other manufacturers, so you are not locked into one vendor's hardware for the life of the building.

Commissioning is the verification step between installation and handover. We test every sequence of operation against the design intent, correct what does not perform, and document the results. It is the difference between a system that is installed and a system that is working, and it is where the energy savings a building was promised either show up or quietly do not.

Yes. Web and mobile access are standard. Facility managers can check status, adjust setpoints and respond to alarms from a computer or phone, and remote monitoring lets us see a developing problem before it becomes a service call.

A live color map of your building laid over its floor plan, showing temperature by zone. Instead of reading a list of setpoints, you see where the building is too warm or too cold at a glance, which makes comfort complaints far faster to diagnose. It is also a clear way to show ownership where the energy is going.

Earlier than most people do. Bringing a controls contractor in during design, rather than after bidding, avoids sequences that cannot be built as drawn and coordination gaps between trades. It is also why we work closely with our sister company Ellingson on design-build projects.
